Why does Kylie Minogue look so chipper in this picture? Could it be because she is wearing sunny, happy winter yellow? I would not have guessed it was January in gray London by the looks of this picture. I have been noticing quite a few celebs wearing this bright hue - it goes fantastically with black, grey and denim. Need a winter pick me up? Throw on this color for size. Oh, and did you all see my Look Book post where I'm wearing my fave yellow pumps? Part nautical, part pop, this is a great trend to transition into Spring 2007. 8Just for Christmas I spent days (obsessed much?) trying to find a bright yellow turtleneck or blouse and I could not find anything (they only had like pastel yellow,) didn't even know I was part of a trend. LOL. Anyway, I finally found what I was looking for at J. Crew (same hue as the purse above). Antropologie also had a cute yellow hue. The Forever 21 hue is too light for my taste though less pastel that what I encountered out there.

Turtleneck I bought at J. Crew was the color of the purse. Jacket from J. Crew must be part of spring collection and is too light for my taste. I hate stripe shirts so the Forever 21 is not for me. Glad yellow is in though....If only it was colder so I can rock my yellow turtleneck! (OK, really don't mean that I want it to be colder).Good day y'all!

I love the yellow bag. But anything from Tod's is a favorite. I like Kylie's jacket style, but the color is too bold for me.
