I love when this happens . . . you try on a dress that's either too big or small, and then you find it on sale online! That's precisely what happened with me and this Graham & Spencer Tie Waist Skirted Dress ($98, originally $328). Isn't it gorgeous? It looks like a skirt and top but really it's a dress. I love the melding of light and heavy fabrics. Oh, and it looks equally stunning unbelted. I got mine, so now you get yours.

5i don't know if i like the skirt/shirt dress. i like the mix of fabrics, but i would rather have that bottom as a skirt and the top part as a dress on it's own.
