WAY Practical, but super ugly.

i would like to say no, cuz it's kinda an ugly concept, but i naturally have very frizzy, curly hair, that i spend a very long time straightening....so i would like cave and carry it because it would make my life easier. i may look like a girl in a bubble, but thats better than the girl who stuck her finger in a light socket! haha

I can't see myself wearing this and "being the girl in a dorky bubble". However, it IS extremely practical...protecting your hair and makeup from the elements. I just can't wear it. Can't someone create a clear pull-down shield that you velcro onto a regular umbrella? I claim rights if anyone steals that idea! =p

But what happens if its rainy and windy? Because if you have it strapped on you in some fashion, you are going to take off like Mary Poppins.
