Jennifer Garner is aways sort of a wild card to me. I was surprised at her choice tonight. While white is a definite red carpet trend, the chevron stripe beading makes this gown stand out. And I think her makeup looks fab! What do you all think?

8This seems very...off. Besides appearing to be ill-fitting and drab, it also gives Jennifer a matronly figure that she simply doesn't have! I'm not a fan.
Isn't it interesting how Garner's always a hit or miss? She's either looking smoking hot, or she's a posterchild for gofugyourself. Odd.

11I am not sure about the dress- but it is nice to see her dressed up (we usually get the picks of her schlepping around with Violet in sweats- no that there is anything wrong with that!!). I like her makeup but she used a tad much spray tan.

19it is not a great photo in comparison to the live red carpet. loved it on tv but agree that she looks odd in this shot.
20the straps on this dress make her look very masculine and hard, like she's getting ready for a lite bodybuilding competition. i really prefer her with a soft, rounded, feminine look like she used to have. this is so 70s, and the hair? goodness. highlights? a cut? a BRUSH, for pete's sake?

24I think her make-up and hair are very pretty but, I detest this dress.
25While the dress is not something I would wear, assuming I could fit more than a chunky, pasty leg into it, I think she rocks it. And she looks gorgeous, naturally smokin' gorgeous. gotta admire that.

38It all depends so much on the camera angle, there was one from the side and she looked tiny. Just nicely fit and feminine. I like her though and find her fairly relatable.
