30An early favorite of mine for best dressed, but the more I look at the whole thing, the more it screams "Southern Belle" to me. And not in a good way.

34I love her in this dress. From head to toe she looks flawless. I like the hair, the style and color, the make-up, the Spanish ruffles... I mean she is wearing Channel...you can't go wrong with Channel!
