From the streets of LA to Paris, Chanel's Willy Wonka-esque sunnies are going along for quite a fashionable ride. Nicole Richie wore them first throughout her pregnancy in LA, while Mary-Kate Olsen just sported them at Giambattista Valli's Fall '08 show at Paris Fashion Week. Both are linking arms with men, both are wearing black, but who wore the quirky Chanel sunnies better? Speaking of, what's your favorite sunglass style?

I TOLD YOU SOOOO!
Look at the comment I wrote earlier today in the Giambattista Valli's Fall '08 show pictures.
Nicole's been seen for the first time with those glasses the day she went to court for her DUI with Joel, and she was pregnant already. That picture of her is in New York a copuple of weekes after that.
I remember because I fell in love with those when I saw them.
This poll is such obvious.
MK looks fug lately, maybe because of Heath...
Nicole looks great 99% of the times, even when she's in sweats.

Forget about the glasses, Mary Kate's outfit is gorgeous...so inspiring. Too bad we can't see it very well in this photo...I've seen photos of Mary Kate in HQ from the Giambatista Valli fashion show and she looked amazing Smiling

Are they half shaded? That looks weird to me. I do like the shape - I have a pair of glasses in the same shape and it works well on me. However, has it occurred to anyone else that this style makes people look like, ermmm.... starvation victims?? I.e., you've shrunk down so skinny, your eyes are too big for your head?

These are really stupid looking glasses for anybody other than Willy Wonka himself to wear, but at least Nicole is wearing hers outdoors and in what looks to be sunny conditions. So she wins, by a nose, because did I mention that they're stupid looking?
