We've been inundated with Sneak Peeks — bring on the shopping!
The latest one is Chloë Sevigny's collection for Opening Ceremony. It's mostly eccentric, but did we expect anything else from the quirky actress? I'm talking gingham, florals, and fun frocks — with an early '90s reference. I'd definitely wear individual pieces, though in a slightly more polished way. What do you think about the result of Chloë's first foray into designing?

Very cute separates, very body conscious! I think it's fun, and quirky enough that I have - completely unsubstantiated - confidence that she was actually involved in the design process somewhat, unlike a lot of other celebrity-backed fashion collections. I don't know how commercial the appeal will be, but go Chloë!
i don't know...
I love that it's very much Chloe's style. This is how I expected the Olsen's collections to look.
I really like some of the pieces, but I'm not sure if they'd work on anyone other than Chloe.
Uhhhh...not sure...
I don't really like it... She's hard to look at too...
im really into some of it...i love the floral dress and the boxy, slouchy jacket (vest? hard to tell with her angle). i agree though, i think the way the pieces are paired is so chloe. i bet its expensive
I heard it was expensive (like $500 for a dress or something ridiculous). But, I agree with Fab, I'd take some of the individual pieces and make it my own. I think that's what Chloe would want us to do!
i must be alone on this...because i think this collection is not cute. chloe is pretty much the only person that can pull it off...but if i saw somebody wearing anything from the preview on the streets (and it wasn't halloween)...i would be appalled.
b*tch is crazy. but i love her for it!
I dont like any of it, wouldnt flatter anyone with a regular body at all. especially the pantsuits.
I love her & her style! Some of this... I dont think so... but some of it I could pull off for sure!
Whoa, this is way early-'90s. Make it stop!
There's a *few* pieces I'd pick out (or over) but in general it's way too Donna Martin in HS for my taste.
LOVE HER
not sure....
blah... and i hate the photographs
I think I'm going to pass on this.
yea some of it feels 90s to me but some pieces are more recent looking as well. i like it : )
ive seen her line at opening ceremony, there are some cute pieces but the prices are outrageous! they are indeed like $300 and up on most pieces :[
i certainly couldn't pull these off...
Ummm..... no.
Nope. I don't like her style or her clothes. I would not wear one single piece.
Though I like a couple of the pieces, most of it looks ridiculous. Chloe can pull of just about anything, but even she falls victim to her own designs.
ehm not bad, but definitely not something i would immediately think "ooh, i want to buy this!" if i saw it in a magazine or something. just okay. i was actually kinda expecting better from her.
I'm sorry but to me it looks like she went to a thrift store and picked up the cheapest things.Nothing is original-unorthodox for the times maybe but definatley nothing creative even if some pieces are cute. I wish that the celebrities that become "designers" would actually pay people to design new and original clothing and not for doing throwbacks, revivals and reinvetions. Or better yet design things by themselves or even better stick to what they began doing.
very retro.......love the bag
i love this collection, i think individuality really should be celebrated.love the rockabilily and slight retro feel to it.
muah!

wow you are SUCH fashionistas all of you. "id wear it in a pooolished way". OMG you dont wear chloe's pieces in a poooolished way. her clothes werent designed for you people. they were designed for young, hip people who have something called PERSONAL STYLE. let me guess, ur all suburbanite moms who go shopping at the hampton sample sales and walgreens. and excuse me whoever it was that said she went to a thrift store and picked the cheapest things is so stupid. uv obvioously never been to a effn thrift store. chloe is most definately cooler than alll of you. and let me guess again, a hipster? cuz the first signs i see of a hipster are when they start talking nonsense about topics much too cool for them, and when they use a cameo broach as a profile pic. get a life.
