Kate Bosworth understands the power of ruffles. The Chanel-clad actress recently looked like she walked straight off the catwalk and onto the red carpet. She kept hers controlled, but you can go as wild with your ruffles as you wish. The wonderful thing about ruffles is that they look good on just about anything: prints, solids, maxis, minis. If too much girliness is a turn-off, mix it up with tough accessories. Rough or refined, I say ruffle me up.

i'm not crazy about the dress that she's wearing, but i ADORE the shoes!
I am a HUGE fan of ruffles, but I don't like Kate's look here.. She looks like the prom queen from space in that getup!
I don't like that dress (or the fingerless gloves for that matter) at all.
Shoes though, fab.
eww that's not great at all. it looks like bubble wraps.
i'm not liking the dress!
No ruffles for me.
I like ruffles most of the time...very feminine-looking and I love that.
The VS silk dress is cute and I love the floral MINT by Jodi Arnold one.
Ruffles have RIDGES!
Ruffles are okay in moderation.
I hate her glove-thingies here.
i love ruffles. they remind me of spanish flamenco dancers
I think she looks great but it's not really for me. Love the shoes though! As far as ruffles, bring them on! In moderation, of course
