Chic and FAB!

Very chic and not an everyday accesory.

A long strand of pearls is always chic and elegant. I don't like it when they're piled on, though.

Simple is better for me.

I agree that this trend can go very wrong on certain people but I think SJP's outfit is amazing in the pic above. I'm not so sure about Ashlee...

I prefer pearls over diamonds. I don't consider this a trend.

Don't like long pearls unless there are chokers or shorter strands thrown in for balance, in which case they can be lovely. The middle lady above is the only one I find intriguing... those other two look like they're trying too hard to be an image or a collection of trends, whereas the middle lady just looks like herself.

Pearls are always chic and classy! I'd go for pearls over diamonds any day. Diamonds can get tacky, pearls are lustrous and gorgeous and perfect for any outfit! I like to wear either a very long strand, or a simple graduated short necklace. I wear a fabulous size 9 pearl pendant drop every day, it's effortless and perfect!
