She has a hit TV show on MTV. She launched her own clothing line, The Lauren Conrad Collection. She created a handbag line with Linea Pelle. Oh, and did I mention she beat out Anna Wintour as the most influential person in fashion, according to Radar? She is America's new sweetheart. Lauren is on the up and up, and so is her style. She may play it safer than BFFs Audrina and Whitney, but she always manages to look cute and put together. Admit it: You love that Cheshire cat smile.

How is she possibly the most influential girl in fashion?! She certainly doesn't influence me at all. I don't like or dislike her style, it's just kind of blah to me.
I used to think her style was safe but mostly on point but it is pretty diverse from the slide you show, Fab. She has such a fresh, classy and chic style but I wish she would wear more high
end fashion. I also want her to find a new way to pose.
Americas sweetheart? i dont think so, maybe the shallow hollywood elite aka "people making a buck off her for 15 minutes" love her but not "america" I bet if i walked around my local mall,
and i live in a college town, 90% of the people I would ask would have no idea who she is!! In fact at work today, I am going to take a poll, a lunchtime poll if you will.

8Safe or not I think she knows what workd for her... and she knows how to work it! There's nothing wrong with that.
