We all have our classic khaki trench correct? It's time to spice things up in many clothing categories but the trench looks quite delectable in a bevy of colors. Colored trenches are alluring because they have a classic cut but unexpected color. It's the ideal way to achieve a classically modern look. There I go contradicting myself again . . .

1I love trenches. I currently own eight. That Marc Jacobs green one is not bad.
2I really need that Marc Jacobs one!!!! Like yesterday! It's my fav color and everything (deep sigh), but I'm trying to be savvy with my money (deep sigh). Oh well....
I do own a fab red one that stops traffic, so I should be straight. I guess I should take a pic and post a look so you guys can see it.

4I love the Burberry & the Marc Jacobs! Those colors are to die for! The crispness of the Michael Kors white trench isn't that bad either!
5That Marc Jacobs trench is fabulouso and green is one of my fav colors. But $1900 ~ ouch~ well, I did just spring for a gorgeous Juicy Couture 'Areo' Jacquard Jacket in green ~ that looks like a mini trench....guess that will have to do for now. Big Sigh.
6I love colored trench coats! I have a red one, but I'd REALLY love to get a yellow one this spring.
7I like colored trenches much more than beige ones - I can see myself wearing that gorgeous blue Burberry one or the Marc Jacobs one (fabulous!)

Who would spend that much money though?! I don't care how great the piece is, spending $1000+ (hell, even $500+) on a coat automatically makes you an idiot.

15Bebe had gorgeously coloured trenches last year. I got a fuschia one and wore it all the time. Am going to wear it again this year.
16Hmm...these trenches are okay. I'm really picky about my clothes though so I don't think I'd buy any of the ones shown here.
I want a nice red trench coat, it'll go well with my new haircut and make me feel like a femme fatale
17I bought a rich purple cotton one for Spring. I'm not much of a fan of the silky type Bebe ones and the Marc Jacobs one seen here.
