The red carpet had a splash of color last night, but most of the leading ladies chose to play it safe with neutral toned gowns and fresh, classic makeup. I love Cate Blanchett's ode to old Hollywood in her body hugging Armani Prive gown and Sandra Oh sure was a sight to see in her flirtatious feminine gown. While neutral tones aren't right for everyone, these women wore them well.

2I can hardly tell who some of those ladies are. Sucks getting old. Sandra Oh's gown is lovely, which is rare. She either gets it really right or horribly wrong.
3sandra oh's dress confuses me, its pretty but the black dot looks like a bullseye
4I have to say, I kind of hate both Diane Kruger's and Debi Mazar's dresses. The sleeve's on DM's are just weird, and I just don't understand DK's.
