Another day another bag obsession. Well gang, today it's not just one, but the entire Fall/Winter 2006 collection from Balenciaga. I think the most notable thing about this collection, aside from the beautiful designs, are the amazing rich Fall colors. Two of my favorites from the palette are a gorgeous deep chocolate brown as seen here in this fabulous Matelassé
As well as this beautiful royal blue color which is slightly brighter than last spring's deep navy blue/purple (which was also FAB, btw).
I was at Neiman Marcus this weekend and saw both the chocolate brown and the royal blue up close and personal and they are truly breakthtaking.

6Finally, Pop got it right. I've been talking about Balenciaga all week if you don't believe me read my comments. I luv, luv, luvs all of these bags and I think Balenciaga makes the best purses right now. I want the chocolate brown and maybe the royal blue. Deep hues like chocolate and royal blues and purples will be all the rage this Fall girls so buy accordingly.

15Amen, caligirl (I'm a Cal gal myself). I love my Balenciagas. I just got my hands on an Encre Work (the navy/deep purple-ish color) from this year's pre-Spring. Thought I'd missed the boat but got lucky. I'm in love with these bags.

18I'm in love with the quilted look this season - I found a really cute Juicy purse at eluxury that has a rich look for alot less than Prada & Balenciaga, although I wish I had the purse strings for those too
