I know where I'm shopping this weekend! Just wanted to remind you all about Target's latest GO International collaboration with wonderboys Proenza Schouler. The goods hit the stores this Sunday, so get ready. They look colorful and femme to me so I'm excited. And for you lucky ducks in NYC, Opening Ceremony will sell the new line at a special four-day sale starting February 2 - tomorrow!

Also, the last designer, Behnaz Sarafpour is on clearance, in case you missed it.

I freaking love Target. That turqoise frock would not look good on me in a million years, but I'll still go check the goods out
1Good god those are CUTE! I never thought I'd say this but I might have to go clothes shopping at target!
2I have been looking forward to this all week! Am so going asap!
3how is this stuff freakin TARGET clothes??? wow, i'm so there!
4I'm so excited about this collection! I get (a little) excited about each of these Go International collections, but I've generally been disappointed and haven't actually bought anything from them. I'm certain I'll blow some cash on this collection though- I founds a bunch of promo pics online and they're fab!
I've had the collection launch on my calendar for weeks!
5I dig the yellow shoes.
6sweet. You gotta hand it to targets marketing and design department.
7The Target at Atlantic Terminal in Brooklyn already has the PS line on the racks(2/1/07). I got my fix today (although there were a few pieces missing and a few were down to L and XL). I called this morning and they told me they weren't sure when the clothes would be out on the floor so I decided to check it out. The striped 3/4 sleeve coat is even cuter than the pink bubble print. Very cute stuff.
8I haven't been impressed with any of the collections in person, they look like clothes for 13 year olds.
9does anyone know if the collection includes those FAB yellow platforms? i have to have those...
10I read somewhere that the shoes in the ad are sold at Target but they are by Mossimo.
11so cute
12I went Sunday at 9AM to go look at the new stuff. I wasn't impressed with any of it. I was hoping to find the blue tank top on the first model, but it's not in the stores here yet, or online. I'll have to keep looking for that. Everything else was bland and uninteresting, in my opinion.
*I liked the boy-fit tees all right, but not for $15.00. I read online that the skinny jeans had a 30" inseam, which is great for me because I'm 5'3". They fit perfectly in length, but I'm usually a size 00, so the size 1's were too dumpy. :[
Also, the gray jeans were a solid gray and looked weird to me. I guess I just like my demin with a little variation and fade/wear to them.
Also tried on the white button down with black piping--which was sort of cute, but paper thin. The cream vest in the collection was pretty nice and fit great, but a little too preppy for my taste. I didn't try on the track-type jacket, but they felt like the fabric of a track jacket of an old Barbie I had--ie, not good.
I ended up not buying anything that I went to Target for, but came out with dark chocolate, Orbit Mint Mojito gum and chips and salsa for Super Bowl.
13I checked out the goods. It was all just darling on the rack... not so cute on me!!
