Hilary Duff looks good, but I have to say that I am just not a fan of this particular dark look on her. She sure seems to be trying hard to drop that bubblegum pop star image. Her petite frame however does look fab in this lacy and racy Dolce & Gabbana dress. How do you feel about her new image?
