I had a feeling that since it was the Grammys we would be treated to some over the top fashions and I was right! The first trend I noticed off the bat was glitterati. Everyone was sparkling! We all know metallics are a huge trend and it is so very red carpet worthy. Petra Nemcova looked like a femme bot in her silver metallic mini dress while Paula Abdul chose a sequin-paneled gown by Valentino. I rather liked Hilary Duff's gold and black Dolce & Gabbana sequined slip dress that most of you hated!

I dont mind the glitter as long as it is tasteful
1I liked Fergie's outfit (minus her face), and Petra looked hot. I liked the flats, which a lot of you hated. I thought they were a cool touch. I also liked Hilary's look minus the big hair and 2 lbs. of makeup.
2I would have liked Hilarys hair better if part of it was pinned back . I love petras flats also

6i liked hillarys dress but it was her coppery makeup and disheveld hair that killed the look and i simply cant wait for metallics to go away, there are very few who have the skin tone to pull it off and im melting, im melting fergie is not one of them

9Carrie looks absolutely gorgeous! I can't remember her ever having a bad red carpet moment. Cheers to her stylist! Oh, and I say Petra's flats are fug.
