24I love this dress, it just stands out! Sapphire and sparkly go together well! One down-plays the other. I think if she added any jewelry to the ensemble it would have put this dress over the top. I like the understated jewelry and I want this dress!

I love this colour on her. I think that she left the bling at home because that dress was enough to wow everyone!
31Bc the dress was all over metallic I think she tried to keep the jewelry to a minimum. Something about the all over metallic royal blue turns me off. But somehow she managed to pull it off.

33I agree with Tnkrbelli, I think any more bling would have been over the top. This is the classy way to wear a metallic dress and I think she looks great.
Although maybe with a pair of Spanx?
