Kate's really been stepping up her game lately, channeling a sort of rocker edge for her 21 press and a just quirky enough ladylike look in her off time. Her outing in the Hollywood sunshine was no exception, and she was looking adorably retro in this Lauren Moffatt striped minidress. The red piping and tiny studs keep it from crossing over into dull territory, and I'm still loving her Chloe sunnies. Now for the warm Spring weather to make an appearance!
