When I was really fat it was easier and cheaper just to buy pants in the mens section. So I would also end up buying screened t's there too.
Even though I easily fit into small women's clothes now I still find myself in the men's department looking for unique items. But now mostly looking for things for my nephews to wear.
Back when I was thinner, I used to buy shirts and dresses in the Old Navy girls' section all the time. The XL and XXL fit like a women's small and medium.
I love shopping in the girls and boys sections! I do it at places like Ralph Lauren, Lacoste and I even just bought a little girls dress from Marc Jacobs that makes a great tunic top! I also
like doing it at places like Old Navy and J Crew because you can often get great stuff on sale.
I have an awesome Rebel Yell hoodie from the mens section that i love!! There are some cool things there, and some brands are running a lot smaller so you don't have to have a curvier body to
shop there. Everyone should take a look.
I get a lot of blazers and button downs from the little boys department, theyre cheaper and a lot of times fit me better, or at least fit me how i want them to. I love the look of shrunken
blazers. I get a lot of cute Ts from the mens departments too.
I usually stick to the women's but sometimes I wander into the girls' department. The stuff is a bit cheaper and even their mediums fit me well (I'm not even that tiny...)I have a really cute
Splendid pullover that I got on sale from the children's department at Bloomingdales. It's kinda fun and interesting to step out of your comfort zone. I heard that Little Marc, by Marc Jacobs
is also really great for finding stuff.
one of my staples in my wardrobe is a plain white tee - and i buy the six-pack of v-necks from target's men's underwear department usually. they're easy to dress up. i also like how men's
cardigans are often more slouchy and loose, rather than formfitting. the fact that american apparel makes rather androgynous unisex clothing is also super fun. and then of course, there's
stealing the boyfriend's shirt when i first wake up!
This isn't from a department store but I got a boy's blazer at a Goodwill for 10 dollars that's better made than the women's blazers I see in the stores. It's short in the sleeves but it
generally fits me the way I wanted. I was also thinking of checking the men's section for suspenders and bowler hats because I'm not sure where I can find with and I really want a bowler hat
or 2. Oh, and for white shirts I was thinking of getting the men's shirt you can get cheap and dying some of them colors like yellow and navy blue.
I always buy children's runners and sneakers - they're often exactly the same shoes, but cheaper. And I buy boys' hoodies and track pants or sweatpants, and look in the girls' sections of Old
Navy and H&M all the time for cardigans, shorts, and skirts.
Boys' sizes go up to 14 and 16 so they're long enough in the sleeves and pant legs, but girls' sizes that are okay in the torso are too short in the limbs.
Men's sometimes, I have some oversize men's J. Crew sweaters I love. I also have a little boy's North Face rain jacket, it's little enough to tuck away. But mostly children's things are the
wrong sort of shape.
I sometimes shop in the men's department for t-shirts. Seriously,
where else can you find shirts with Batman and funny phrases like
"silence is golden, duct tape is silver" written on them? Also, I love things like ties and suspenders.
Well I'm a guy so I buy mostly men's clothing but if I find something in the women's section that's not too feminine or small then I'll buy. Then again, that's a rare find since I'm 6'3"
I shop in all departments. I do like the Girls Dept because I can find some really cuter items not available in Ladies and the Girls size 14-16 still fits me. I guess I am pretty lucky as I
am 48 years
young now, LOL! But seriously, I don't mind, Thrift, New, Expensive,
Bargain bin, Whatever. It's how you put it All together in the end and how it makes you feel. Happy or Not. I choose Happy!

Kate Beckinsale was spotted leaving the hair salon in LA looking perfectly coiffed from head to toe. She wore a shirtdress over leggings, pairing it with Fiorentini + Baker buckle boots and a cozy scarf for a Fall-appropriate look.
Old habits die hard.

Now I wouldn't fit.
2How does Ashley manage to look so cute like that?!!? I love it!! But if I put the EXACT same thing on, it just wouldn't work. Oh to be an Olsen...
3Nope just women's for me.
4Depends what i'm looking for but the majority of the time I just stick to the women's section.
5Yeah, I love mens cardigans and blazers!
6I always scope out the girls' dept
7I'm really small so anything in the men's section wouldn't fit me, except maybe a big cardigan.
8No, just women's.

18I am in my early twenties and in the awkward stage of moving from the juniors department to the adult department.
19I look around in the guys department for sports team t-shirts.
20the shirts at the little womens sometime fit me
21i LOVE ashley's style (most of the time). FAB if you could find Ashley's outfit for me, I would love you FOREVER AND EVER AND EVER!
22I stick to the women's department
23I stick to the women's department.
24The little girl's department fits me better, but I don't like the colours and the style of the clothes.
i go to the men's dept for comfy white tees and singlets.
