Vera Wang has expanded her wedding empire to go online. Set to launch next month, VeraWangonWeddings.com will offer a full interactive wedding planning experience to couples. The site will showcase her signature bridal gowns, product galleries, and Faboo video segments of Wang herself offering wedding tips and advice. The wedding guru is also set to launch her first collection of fine linens to be sold exclusively on the site. My favorite is the interactive quiz you can take to determine his and her tastes to Vera's products — how fun!

I just went wedding dress shopping a few weeks ago, and I went to the Vera Wang boutique in Chicago. Sorry Vera, but there is nothing special about your dresses...and on top of the outrageous prices you charge for them, they are cheaply made! In fact, one of my friends wore a Vera Wang dress to her wedding, and the material actually frayed and ripped. No thanks...if I'm going to spend that much money on a dress, I went something made with quality fabrics and that has exquisite detailing.
1I wore a Vera Wang bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding and the entire train ripped off while I was dancing. It was very cheaply made.
