Sunny Serena was looking gorgeous per usual in last night's episode of Gossip Girl. Being the character with the most wearable wardrobe, Serena injected some street cool into her school uniform with a fetching pair of flat boots from Barney's Co-op, a trusty Mike & Chris leather jacket, and a Ferragamo bag. Now that you've got her look, all you need is the never-ending parties, Blair drama, and a quick-witted underdog boy toy. However, that might all be thrown into turmoil with the return of the postal-savvy "G" next week . . .

6I do NOT understand the appeal of their outfits. They're hideous plaid skirts with hideous additions to them.
7well greentea, I'd say most school uniforms/plaid skirts are fairly hideous by nature! (mine was burgandy--ew!). However, they're all so bad, they take on a cuteness to them...like, so bad, they're GOOOODDDD....

15I really love some of her costumes and hair, but I am always amazed at how much people gush over this Blake girl. She seems sorta average looking to me, which is nonthreatening and attainable, I suppose. As b*itchy as it may be, I think she looks old enough have already went to her 10 year High School Reunion. Nothing wrong with looking like you are in your late twenties or early thirties, but it is a little odd when you are a young person playing an even younger character.
16I guess what I mean is, I don't want to hear any "mutton dressed as lamb" comments when an older woman looks hot in an outfit like this.
17I wish I had the money to spend on clothes but I'd buy something completely different from any of the girls on the show.
18I like the outfit with the reddish brown leather jacket and the red knee-high boots better. The "Serena didn't shower" outfit! Heehee.
After Blair's church outfit and Serena's many "loose tie over a tee" outfits, I'm kinda tempted to get a tie for myself and try it out. Don't know if I could pull it off, though.
19I agree with sldc...Blake does look kinda old. And she talks like she has marbles in her mouth. In the books, they make Serena out to be this drop dead gorgeous, traffic stopping angel...Blake doesnt really stop traffic, as mean as it sounds. And I'd much rather hav Blair's wardrobe.
