Here is Karl Lagerfeld's winter wonderland. And what a joy it is! The Chanel Fall 2007 collection was not as jaw dropping as the sharp, masterfully black and white Spring collection but it was yummy nonetheless.
Joining Marc Jacobs on the ice skating rink (now there's a funny visual), this collection was youthful and fun. I don't recall such a colorful collection from Chanel in so long! A plethora of Nordic prints, patent detailing and colorful tweeds lightened the mood. Dresses styled over pants were a cool twist; crimped hair added zest. The finale dresses are guaranteed winners with sharp draping, sequin accents and roped straps. A jeweled bib on a modern black dress made me swoon. And look at how cute this Lagerfeld penguin is on this sweater? Too cute for school!

i like a lot of what i see! deffinately excited for this collection
1I can't help it, I love the penguin shirt. Love it!
2This is one of those collections where I feel like a lot of these pieces together are too much but, if they were paired with basics they'd be lovely. I'm speaking mostly of the penguin sweater outfit. A beautiful collection.
3Like what flummoxes said. Also, if they put the pieces on less masculine models it would make the clothing less harsh. And, is it just me or is this the same model wearing all of the clothes?

Some lovely pieces on some very unattractive models. Butterfaces.

Clothes are okay; models are NOT gorgeous, I'm sorry, I don't care what they say- heavy brows with no eyemakeup looks stooopid!!
6I hate that first outfit!
7i. love. it.
8I wish I could comment more on the clothes, but I was so turned off by the awful eyebrow makeup and the plastic-looking breast plates that I couldn't really focus on the clothes themselves.
