Is it me or does Lauren Conrad come out with new collections faster than you can say "Brody Jenner"? I'm not doing the hard work so she can keep it coming as long as she likes!
Her Summer in the City collection is not vastly different than the Spring line — shocking, I know! — but it does have some cute pieces. You'll continue to find jersey dresses, but also in the mix are butterfly prints, ruffles, bows, and an adorable strapless jumper (left) that I'm eyeing.

Some of these are cute, but I wouldn't bother buying them.
1The jumper and the printed dress are cute, but everything else is just so... commercial and boring.

15lc fan but not crazy about this line. it is remeniscent of a clothing store back in the mid 80's (dating myself) that had "tubular" clothes??? i can't remember the brand, but you could mix match pieces, wear "tubes" around your waist, hair,...etc. does anyone remember this????

I LOVE HER COLLECTION! it is very cute! I think its way better than some thing you would find at forever21. Its expensive because of the material.
17Snoooooze. I'm sorry but this girl in no way, shape, or form deserves to have a collection and get her own show. I mean, if she's going to have her own "line", she should make an endorsement deal with Walmart and leave it at that. I love the Hills as much as the next person, but LC seriously has no personal style and her "fashion" choices are boring and unoriginal.

25You know, if I designed a clothing line, it would probably look about the same as Lauren's. I am into simple fabrics and prints as well, and surely I would base my designs on my actual style. So I understand where she's coming from. But that is exactly the reason why I wouldn't design clothes. Sometimes it's better to just stick to wearing them. Not everyone has a talent for designing clothes, and Lauren just obviously doesn't. Or maybe she does, and just needs to find it in her. But judging from the clothes she wears, I don't think it'll get much better.
26I love the gold bow belt on the jumper. Anyone know where I could find it or one similar?
27I don't know I'm a fan of Lauren's and I do find some of her pieces pretty cute. I feel like she will continue learning and will branch out and be more bold with future designs. I admire her being business-minded though.
28maybe that's because she has no talent - not in acting, not in design - she's basically a dumb, vacuous, (kind of) pretty face that knew somebody who created this idotic fake show - so I don't expect much from her. sorry to be so harsh, but the show and all the girls bug me...
