So cute! But thats way too much for a headband.
1I love the flower, but the tulle part is going WAY overboard...
2Well, I feel like only Blair Waldorf could pull it off. I mean, it would be great on her, but very few others.

4I don't care for it...maybe if the flower was smaller and there was no tulle. I think it's too childish-looking.
