A model as pretty as Jessica Stam does not need that much makeup caked on her face, but she does need to show off those gams. And show off she did in this mini brown sequin Proenza Schouler frock. It's not my favorite color, but I do love the contrast between the flashy dress and the hard shoes. Do you?
