13It's nothing terribly exciting - as another comment said, she's done this before - but I think it's a fairly flattering cut for her, the color is beautiful and the detail at the neckline draws your eye up (away from post-baby belly which is very important to new mommies!) and gives the dress a little sparkle and fun. I like it.
