As expected, there was some superhero talk floating about at last night's Metropolitan Museum's Costume Institute Gala. Playing into the theme of the exhibition, "Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy," celebs had fun talking about which superhero power they admired the most. Christina Ricci wished she had the power to read minds while others wished for flying and invisibility.
Staying true to their style, Karl Lagerfeld and Donatella Versace replied with, "Myself," when asked which superheros they envied and Marc Jacobs topped the night off by sporting a pair of Superman undies to the event — how fitting. Me? I would like to have the power to shop to my heart's desire.
