it's kind of cute but it looks like she forgot the rest of her dress, as if this part of the dress is meant to be worn under something that is sheer or something.

The dress is ok. Not sure the skirt works well with her natural curves. I think the real problem is the color though.

I think it's great. I almost always love this type of look.

The dress feels like they designed it for SJP and then decided they'd just let Scarlett wear it. I'm with ohkate, it seems a little raw on the edges and meant to be under something.

If she had done more polished hair and better makeup it would have been heavenly...

If the dress was a different color and the top looked a little less like a corset, it would be fine.

But the hair is great-- I wish I could pull off a messy look like that.

I love the idea of the dress however I don't think it was brought to life well; I think it should be floor-length.

Wonder what made her (rather D&G) think that bodyshaper & longish tutu combo makes for a red-carpet-ready 'couture'? And why is her pretty face so overly done that it doesn't match her neck?
