I'm a fan of lace, but not when it's overkill. Thandie Newton's Chanel ensemble was definitely eye-catching but it would have been much better without the long lace cardigan. Do you agree?

I like the idea of the "cardigan", even though Im pretty sure it was intended to serve as a sorta cape, given the night's theme. She looked like a Chanel-clad superhero. Or villian....
HOT! I like it. She pulls it off well.
I dunno about the cape/cardigan but the dress is fab. I like it.
It seems more appropriate for a superhero themed night than all of the one shoulder dresses.
At first I hated this, now I like it. Hell, I may even love it.... lol
She is so gorgeous. I like the look although I think there are few things that would look bad on her.
i kinda like it
i like it
its edgy and sexy
Love her, not the cape/cardigan.
if the cardigan was a shorter it might have been okay.
i think the dress is a little too lacy and a little too short.
I like it
Minus the cardigan/shawl thing, I love it.
I like it!
Lose the cape...
HOT! gorgeous dress, I want it.
The dress is gorgeous but the cardigan has to go.
I love it. It reminds me of Susan Sarrandon's character in Enchanted. I like that she went with the villain side of the superhero theme.
the whole ensemble looks like a project runway reject.
I think she was one of the few people that stuck to the theme and looked fab doing so. Love it.
I love it! I think, yeah, the cardigan may be a bit much, but not for this event. The dramatic effect is beautiful and fitting with the superhero theme...
i like it because of the event, silly Fab thats not a cardigan, its her cape!
Hate it!
I like it for this event; she looks like a villainess.
I don't like it. It's way to much lace and ruffle...
