Just because the occasion is not so exciting doesn't mean she shouldn't put herself together just like usual. Au contraire. Nicole chose an Elizabeth and James patchwork dress and her blue Balenciaga motorcycle bag. I dig her finishing touches (nix the tights) — the wide-rim hat, the simple necklace, and her signature sunnies. Do you?
