Given Karl Lagerfeld's famously pompous demeanor, it's not surprising that he served as his own inspiration for his latest holiday/resort handbag and luggage collection. The designer wanted items that are obviously identifiable with his style and those items include zippers shaped like cravats (cute!), handles inspired by sunglasses, and woven Ks on leather clutches.
The color palette is mostly black, white, and beige, with some pops of bright orange and midnight blue. Wholesale prices range from $250 to $1,150. Quite a lot to fork over but not if you want a piece of the true Karl!

Gorgeous! But white???
1and travelling?
Usually the two don't mix
I agree. White luggage not so good. This is only good for private jet traveling.
2Love them , but me three; White + Travailing= a bad situation (sometimes)
3White is a bad color...unless you have private jet and you can carry all your items and then make sure you tell the baggage handler not to let any of your luggage get dirty or else!! So basically this works for J-LO or Mariah!!
4Love it, I'll take mine in black.
5White luggage=bad bad bad.
6nice... but tell me
7are you really traveling
with a 1,150 and in white?
I dont think so..........
Love it, but yes, it would get filthy in a heartbeat! I have 2 sets of luggage: one is navy, the other is bright pink. Both of them have several dirt marks on them from being tossed around from plane to plan. I can't even imagine what this set would look like after a trip...
8Unless you're travelling in private jet or yatch and your luggage is carefully placed by a man wearing white gloves... HUGE NO!!! you see the way luggage is treated at the airports. My aunt had her whole LV collection and it didn't last long.
