After much speculation, we finally know where Nina Garcia is going. The former Elle fashion director has been offered a position at Marie Claire. She will reportedly replace Tracy Taylor, the current fashion director at the magazine. The Project Runway star has not commented yet, but reliable sources have confirmed the news. Congrats Nina. We can't wait to see more fabulous work from you!

I hardly read Elle, but I love Marie Claire. I hope Joanna Coles knows what she's doing.
Yay! Isn't Marie Claire now associated with Project Runway??
does this mean she'll stay on project runway???
Yay! I subscribe to both magazines so I'm glad I can read Nina's articles in the near future.
just saw nina garcia on 5th avenue yesterday...first sighting on my trip here in NYC
Why did she leave Elle? I wish that would have been explained in this post.
Yay!
YAY! I was worried she was going to be jobless. However, Marie Claire isn't as big as Elle, so it's a downgrade, if you ask me. She should have upgraded to Harper's or Vogue or Vanity Fair instead of downgrading to magazines like Marie Claire, Allure. Not that it isn't a good job, but still.
major downgrade.
I subscribe to both magazine and look forward to her arrival.
