Have you all noticed the striking similarities between Lauren Conrad and Nicole Richie lately? First LC channeled Nicole in cut-off shorts [1] and now, like Richie [2], she wore an Elizabeth and James dress. It may be mere coincidence, but I'm just saying! There's no doubt, however, that Lauren looked pretty at MTV's Upfront Presentation [3] last night. The blue hue matches her skin and brings out her baby blues. Per usual, she kept her accessories to a minimum, but in this case, a dress that striking should be center of attention.
