Sienna roamed the streets of London with her man Rhys, but given her killer tan and sexy white dress, it looked more like she was in sunny California. Check out the cutout in the back! Sienna's usually more disheveled in jeans, but seeing her in a mini dress reminds me of how womanly she can be if she tries. 17Does anyone else think it looks like she forgot her pants? I L-O-V-E minis, but it just seems like this particular style needs to be a bit longer to avoid the tunic minus pants look. Also, the last few times time I was in London, it was so, so windy, and I would've been terrified to wear this!
