Forget, for a second, the fact that Becki Newton needs some matte control [1], and focus on her from the neck down. I love her almost all — but not really — black look. The blue sequin panel running down her Development dress is a fresh take on all-over sequins and a good option for those who like shine in small doses. The ivory shoes aren't my favorite, but her stacked bangles, black patent clutch, and satin jacket draw most of the attention anyway.
