This electric orange Elizabeth and James Parachute Dress ($375) is bright and perfect for a lazy stroll on the beach. However, I'm not too sure about the puffiness and bubble hem. Do you think this dress is hot, or not?

I actually love it. Although I'm not sure if it's because the color is just so fantastic and I'm all about the one-shoulder, that I'm completely ignoring the crumbled tissue-paper looking texture of the dress.
1It'd be and even better dress if it faded to a different color at the bottom.
2Aren't we over the bubble hem yet?
3NO.
4Well I'M over the bubble hem. It's not flattering. And this dress is certainly not worth $375.
5Nope, don't care for it...I usually love Elizabeth and James dresses, but not this one.
6I like it, with a brown leather belt to give it a little shape I think it would be perfect
7I'm a fan of da bubble...
8I think I love this, but it definitely wouldn't work for everyone... Not me, anyway.
9No, thank you. It's a bright orangey red trash bag.
10I think all of these dresses look like pregnant dresses. I need clothes that make me look thinner, not bigger!
11I have an idea! Let's take a bright orange traffic cone looking tarp and make a dress out of it, just like "The Little Mermaid"!
12People will love it and have to have it!
It's cute.
13If not for the bubble hem, I would be a fan.
14Well the orange dress and the blonde hair--she looks more like candy corn.
15I like it. I couldn't imagine paying $375 for it though.
16I don't like the material combined with the electric orange color; they make the dress look cheap.
17i really like this, i would wear this
18I'm not a fan of the bubble, so I don't like that part of it. Maybe put a belt with it then it would be better. But it's definitely not for everyone.
19That dress cannot be flattering on anyone... actually i think most of their clothes look like they're seriously unflattering
20I'm over the bubble hem, as well. Well, over the overly bubbly bottom.
21Nah...
22No thank you.
23Looks like a Proj Runway creation -- Hemmed up a skirt and put in an arm hole. "Vivienne Westwood" orange is big this season, it seems.
24Dislike. Reminds me of an orange silk potato sack.
25I really want to love it but I'm afraid I'd look huge in it. Maybe for a pregnant woman. This dress is very Tori Spelling preggers look.
26Bubble somehow doesnt fit into the whole summer theme it just doesnt blow too well in the seabreeze image in my head.....love the color thu
27Ick no thanks! Love the color though.
28i dont understand what started the bubble hem! it doesnt really flatter anyone, just adds to the body .. i love the color and top part of the dress though m
29i like it... but i'd cinch the waist
30I kinda love the top part, but the hem turns me off.
31Reminds me of the puffy pumpkin costumes people dress babies in for halloween.
The bubble hem must die. I seriously think someone once accidentally tucked a long skirt hem into their underwear after a trip to the bathroom, and when questioned about it, told people it was the latest fashion.
32Hate it. Inappropriate for my body type. I have an hour-glass figure. Why would I wear a baggy dress to hide that??
33$375 for a parachute - maybe to save my life but that fabric has to be cheap, cheap for a dress.
34Oookay.
So...
1) Go to charity shop.
352) Buy voluminous orange peasant skirt with elasticised waist.
3) Cut armhole in skirt on one side.
4) Run length of cord along hem of skirt, fold over, sew, and draw
up skirt into bubble form.
5) Make $375 price tag.
6) Laugh all the way to the bank.
so cute so on trend .
