Welcome to our sixth installment of Model of the Week. I've written a five question interview that I have conducted with several models to share with you. The questions are both fun and beauty related and will always stay the same.

Caridee English was born in 1984 in Fargo, North Dakota. From the mere age of five, she suffered psoriasis (a skin disease) which covered almost 75% of her body. She was convinced this would prevent her from modeling, but in 2005 she was given a new type of medication to control the disease.
Caridee is 5'11 and used to be an aspiring photographer. Using her carefree and charismatic personality along with some fierce looks, Caridee won season seven of America's Next Top Model!
You may recognize her from her February 2007 cover of Seventeen magazine, her Cover Girl ads and her many red carpet and event appearances since her big win. She is currently living in New York in the Elite Model house. She is silly, adorable and extremely approachable.

BELLA: What is your secret to beautiful skin and hair?
CE: Don't dye your hair too much and only use heat on it when you really have to. I am lucky enough to be a natural blonde so I really don't have to over-process my hair. Also, sunscreen is really important for great looking and healthy skin.
BELLA: What is the one product that you can't live without?
CE: Ooooh. I love my Cover Girl Smoothers in Medium/Light. It makes my skin look really smooth.
BELLA: What is your guilty pleasure?
CM: Sunglasses. I love really big ones - the bigger the better!
BELLA: What is your favorite drugstore product?
CM: My favorite drugstore product is Aspirin. Thank goodness for Extra Strength Tylenol.
BELLA: Happiness is...
CM: Being in love. Love is amazing, it makes you feel so good.

Her hair is gorgeous!
1Horray for the shout out to my fellow Dakota Girl!
2Caridee was amazing on America's next top model. even though i didn't like the way her attitude was sometimes she was definitely my favorite to win. i am SO happy. plus she has just like this amazing sense of style. i would die to meet her.
3like her but wish Melrose would have won! (yes I know i am like the only one!)
4She is beautiful, but I kind of agree with SaRaH22 - Melrose was robbed (although I didnt necessarily want her to win...)!
5I see a vague resemblance to Tara Reid.
6She won America's Next Top Model? She's not very high-fashion, and Tyra is always going on about liking that look.
She always seems to have a goofy look on her face.
7I agree with the Sara(h)s above that Melrose should have won Caridee's cycle of ANTM. Although Caridee was more personable, Melrose was the better model. But really, we all know that ANTM is not a modeling competition, but, rather, a personality contest. In any event, Melrose can be seen at www.scoopnyc.com.
8As far as ANTM goes, Melrose was waaay too rehearsed - Caridee was a natural and I'll take natural any day!
9ahhh bhilb...how great did Melrose look!!
10aw i love caridee and i was so glad that she won.
11I hate that ANTM always chooses the girl that has something standing in the way of her dream... Adrianne, the girl from the trailer park, Eva, the girl no one believed in, Danielle, the girl with the southern accent who was poor, and Caridee, the girl with psoriasis. Not saying that these girls did or didn't deserve to win... it's just all a little too cliche for me.
12Caridee is cute, but I don't see "fierce" in her.
13i love Caridee! I just hope she doesn't fade like the other past winners have
14Caridee is absolutely gorgeous.
15Caridee seems like a cool person. I bet she's fun to be around. I love how she said her favorite drugstore product is asprin!
16she's pretty but my fav. winner of top model so far is still Niama (is that how u spell her name lol?) and Eva is cool too
17but i didn't watch season 6 so i dunno bout danielle
I was so glad when she won!!!! I think she looked AMAZING in her pics and didn't have that diva attitude like Smelrose did.
18She looks great in almost all of these pics, but the close-up picture is so bad that it doesn't even look like her!
19Um, she know Tylenol doesn't have Aspirin in it, right? It has Acetaminophen. Kind of an important difference.
20She seems to country girl to be a model. But then, American tastes are very different to ideals of beauty in different parts of the world.
I am happy she has been able to manage her psoriasis (when do others get this miracle drug--seriously!?!) and has made a career for herself that gives her the self-confidence to move beyond her past.
I just think she's bland like a saltine cracker.

22Wait a second...
Aspirin=acetylsalicylic acid
Extra Strength Tylenol=acetaminophen
Model, yes. Chemist, no!
23Very persistent considering the skin disease.
24My respect!
When it came to the "competition" to me I'd rather Caridee win, not Melrose. Melrose was strong willed but I think in the end she was her own worst enemy because she over critqued EVERYTHING and was such a perfectionist. Caridee was much more natural, but I think she was a little crazy at times. I think girls could relate to her more than Melrose.
25She's really pretty I have to say.
26I watched that season of ANTM and was SO GLAD she won over Melrose. Caridee was good natured and is a natural beauty. Melrose came off like a real b*tch, and like she was trying way to hard! I wish her continued success.
27caridee kind of annoyed me but not as much as melrose. its kind of refreshing to have her talk about psoriasis, my mom and brother both suffer from and it not only makes the victim self conscious, the itching can make them miserable. mme-the "drug" is actually an ointment given to those who have used every known treatment. because the disease has to do with the way skin regenerates itself, they can actually become immune to treatments, so the ointment is a sort of last line of defense.
28TEAM FLUTTER!!!!!
She´s a gorgeous girl an id wish her the best
29That's awesome for her! She looks great!
30Does anyone know what medicine she used to cure her psoriasis?
31Does anybody know what kind of MEDICATION did she took to clear up her psoriasis?
32i love caridee the most!! yay!
