My favorite Hills girl Whitney Port traded her red brocade Nicole Miller dress for something a little more vibrant and trendy while having lunch with a gal pal. We've been seeing florals quite a bit lately, but Whitney shows us the trend has yet to be exhausted. To mellow out the loudness of the dress, she accessorized with a gray scarf and a black satchel. Throw in some metallic flats, a cool pair of rounded shades, and you have one fashionable reality starlet.

I don't know why but I got a crush on this dress!
I usually like her, but I'm not digging the dress. It looks like a re-sewn version of something my grandma would wear to the beach
That dress is SHORT
Hope she's wearing some bloomers
What is up with a short short summery sleeveless dress with a scarf!? Are you kidding?
I usually heart Whitney's Style and the fact that she hasn't totally wh*red herself out on "The Hills", but this dress is too short regardless of how nice her body is.
That looks kinda bad!! Her legs aren't toned enough for that short of a dress!!
I don't like it all. And she's my FAVE out of all of them.
that dress makes her @ss look huge. which is a hard feat, seeing as though she's so tiny!
If this girl can't wear a short dress because she isn't fit enough, then most of the American public should be wearing pants and long sleeves all the time. The dress does make her butt look big, but I don't think that's a bad thing.
That said, I would feel awkward in something soooo short. Plus, I agree with Syako--what's the point of a scarf with a summer dress? It's silly. Accessorize with something else.
not diggin the dress.
She does no wrong in my book. And I'm sorry, but someone who is probably 5'11 and a size 0 or 1 doesn't look fat in anything. I promise its the angle at which the picture was taken. If you saw her in person wearing this, you probably wouldn't think the same thing.
She's cute but that dress is SKIMPY!!
She looks great
It's not very flattering, but I guess the good thing about it being so short is that there is less of that ugly print fabric to look at. And yeah, a scarf? I love scarfs, but not with a minidress.
Like mentioned above... WHY wear a scarf?! I don't get it.
I think she looks cute, like a normal girl her age -- I'm impressed that she's wearing a $25 dress
Not feeling this...
I really don't like this look. It doesn't look put together -
I usually love her style, but I don't like this look at all.
I don't think anyone said she was fat, citizenkane. Just that she has no muscletone... which is fairly true.
I'm sorry that dress is ugly.
oh god that dress is gross
That dress would be adorable if it were in some other color or print, but that whole outfit should be made illegal by the fashion police.
uhhh, lawchick, you do realize that she's not wearing the forever 21 dress, right? it's a completely different dress, and I actually like the f21 one better - I totally want it - especially because the one she is wearing is wayyy too short, not because she's too big or anything (which she isn't), but just because it is way too short. that being said, I love the look, and will definitely be buying the dress...
adorable dress but it is too short for her.
I like the dress but not the scarf.
I love it.
loves it too!
Wow! That dress is so cute. It looks like an outfit that I had for one of my Barbies back in the early 90s...except, you know, not cheap and ugly.
The dress is way too short but other than that it was nice. I think the Forever21 dress is much cuter.
since when she is a celebrity? because she acts really bad like the rest of the hills they all suck!
I love the dress, but the scarf is too winterishy for me --if thats a word--:P
