this dress is nice in the matte black-- no that super shiny sparkle one pictured above.
like if you wore the black one with a white tank underneath or something.

this place is a dancer store, all that stuff, the tacky lame leggings and dresses like this, are for stage. Music videos maybe a commercial. but i sure do hope thats all, because on a day to day wearing level, thats hideous.

You know a dress is truly skank when even a person with a terrific body cannot pull it off properly.

No matter what you did to this dress, no matter what shoes, what other articles of clothing or accessories you added to it, it would either be dated, or skanky, and more likely both.

The glitter and shine of the fabric, plus the short length, I think, is what pushes it past the limits. In black I have seen these work. Understated navy, or perhaps a dark olive, even a deep burgundy could look really pretty.

Some skimpy dresses on the right figure work, either in a sexy sleek way, a summery lighthearted way, or a minimalist, elegant way...

And some...are just skank.

if u have a woderful body and you need to go to a party and you are quite elegant in your manner i think you can wear it. it's not that ugly. Expecially in blue or in black. Yes..it's a bit short..but you can wear it for a summer party..
