Phi has been alive since 2003 but the house just came out with its first ad campaign for Fall. Why did it take this long? The brand had a shaky start, but decided now is the right time to come out from under the radar. So who better to represent the brand than model-of-the-moment Coco Rocha and gorgeous model-pro Karen Elson? Isn't it interesting how the usually redhead Karen is brunette and the usually brunette Coco is redhead?! Shot by Steven Meisel, these ads are obviously inspired by the old Hollywood pinup era. Not only is there nothing wrong with that, there's something so right about it. You know Dita Von Teese would approve. Do you?

1I'm not into the clothes, but I love Coco, the inspiration for the photo and Steven Meisel! I'm not normally a fan of Karen Elson (I know, what's wrong with me?) but she looks great here.
