Welcome to our second installment of Fall 2006 Shoe trends! Yesterday we covered Mary Janes and today it's embellished flats. It seems like flats never go out of style, but this season's twist consists of embellishments like rich fabrics, metallic features and feminine flourishes, not unlike the feminine features we are seeing in the clothing for Fall 2006.

4ks party flats..really comfortable, order a 1/2 sz up they tend to run a little small. I love them.

7I'm so used to wear heels (All over 3 1/2 high) that my archs hurt when I try and wear flats ... However, I do love those Nine West shoes, very cute ! What do you wear flats with, skirts and jeans ?? I just much prefer heels, whether they are 2 inch heels or 4 inch heels, they make your legs and calfs look so much prettier to me ...

9i love flats and own a couple that i wear occasionally, but like curly i am used to wearing heels, because i am so short. when i wear flats, i feel like i'm 12

13ImCurly- Flats look great with skinny jeans for the day. For work pair them with a fitted pencil skirt and tights. For night work you can pull off the girly mod trend and pair them with a colorful pair of tights and a mini dress.
