Any white top that can hold my attention for more than two seconds is a good one. This 3.1 Phillip Lim Ruched Sleeve Top ($175) that Rachel Bilson wore out in NYC is unlike many other white T-shirts out there. It serves the purpose of being effortlessly casual but piques your interest because of the delicately ruched sleeves. And, it's relatively inexpensive for being by Phillip Lim, wouldn't you say? I wasn't lying when I said it's all about the shoulder love!

It is a super super cute shirt- ok yes that's cheap for Phillip Lim but . . . I would like to reference some of Savvy's posts about credit card debt and living above your means . . . I think for a white shirt that IS TOO MUCH. Of course I'm sure Rachel has plenty of money to spend, I don't- and I don't know how many otheres here do? Ok I probably totally just ruined the fun of this shirt- but I'm distrubed the credit debt post so it's on my mind . . . sorry to spoil the fun

13FYI: This same Phillip Lim top is currently on sale at Nordstrom's for $99!! The only thing is, the sleeves are 3/4 length instead of the shorter length of Rachel's and they only have it in Black and Hunter green. Go check it out!!!
14you can get this top in light silver at NewPort News for 24 dollars. the silver is so pale it looks white. Check it out its a popular item!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
