I've been flying long distance(~11hour flight) 1-2 times a year for the last 9 years but they thankfully have never lost my luggage. Everytime I wait for it I get really nervous though
Yes, unfortunately it happened to me. But they found it and sent it me. I was also lucky that it happened on my return trip, so I wasn't without clothing.
No, thank God. I'm always paranoid that my luggage will be lost, especially since I pack my cutest clothes when I go on vacation and they are irreplaceable compared to the comfy clothes I
wear around the house. I usually bring my expensive items with me on the plane, like my camera, cell phone, etc.

2they've lost my luggage twice! both times when traveling overseas! i think i see a pattern in these instances.....

13nah, but the bastards ruined my luggage though! TODAY!
14i'm a frequent flyer and usually take connecting flights. Thankfully, I never lost my luggage, and nowadays, I use carryons and huge purses.
