11I actually wear flip flops and pashminas at the airport all the time. Flip flops make it so much easier to take your shoes off going through security, and the pashmina is much better to wrap up in on the plane than those icky blankets they give you. I just make sure to bring extra socks for when my feet get cold during the flight.
