Designer Isaac Mizrahi's time at Target is almost up (sniff) but he's got a little longer to dazzle us with his goods. What do you think about this Isaac Mizrahi for Target Couture T-Shirt Dress ($35)? It's certainly a cute concept but it can either look really good or really tacky in person. I do like the tulle-layered skirt. You?

very childish imo
1Pass.
2What's with the tutu mesh layer? No, Thank you.
3It's kiddy, but worn correctly, with the right jewels it could, possibly work.
4Can you say childish??
5Yes, verryyyyy juvenile-looking. I think the tulle is just ridiculous.
6Yay for target
7It looks VERY tacky in person -- I checked it out.
8i need to check this out at target today
9I very much love this....I would love to see it in person
10It could work but I didn't see it in the store and I was just there.
11thank you foreverfashion!
I wouldn't even dress my 2yr old in that.
(Looks like a 'holiday' dress my in-laws
would try to put my daughter in and I'd
have to hold it all back.. even try not
to cry about it! they'd go on and on and
on about how beautiful it is.. but in
reality? It's cheap and very basic.)
Isaac needs to push that idea back into
12his brain and pull a different one out.
Looks like something Suri would wear.
13ugh..no
14looks cheap in the photo but I'm sure if you saw it on someone famous with the right hair, accessories, and killer shoes you'd see it differently
15Cute, for teenagers!!!
16the model isn't making it look any more promising with that prudish pose but the neck line and sleeve shape aren't very flattering (matronly?). i'm sure anything looks good on a 5'11 - 100 lbs model with make up and hair and 5 inch heels but in real life on real bodies it might look matronly/childish which is a scary mix- anyone with me?
