Sarah Jessica Parker may be a lady of luxury, but she wants to bring fabulous clothing to the masses at affordable prices. Since we already know that her clothing line Bitten will be inexpensive (we're talking each article under $20), now we can all dress like SJP!
The collection was named after her reaction to walking into a Steve & Barry’s store for the first time - she was "bitten." She then decided to collaborate with them to create high-quality sportswear for women of all ages and sizes at a fair price.
It has been reported Bitten will make its official debut on June 7th, only at Steve & Barry's stores. The line will consist of approximately 150 styles and over 400 clothing items and accessories such as: knit shirts, wool and cashmere sweaters, dresses, lingerie, denim, handbags, jewelry, belts and of course...shoes!
The tagline for the collection is: "Fashion is not a luxury, it's a right." I'll second that! This is just soooo exciting!

13omg i love her - although steve and barry's is kind of random. i've seen at the mall and its like mostly sporty clothes i thought. they are big on selling things that everyone can afford (like starbury's - sneakers designed by stephon marbury so all kids can play basketball).

17When you say "all sizes"... what do you mean? I'm a plus size girl and I'd love to have more clothing options... especially stylish and inexpensive ones. I'm tired of paying huge amounts for not-so-stylish "soccer mom" clothes, then trying to make them hip again.
18i'm definitely looking forward to seeing what she comes up with. hopefully even with the great price tag the styles will look great. i'm going to have to head down to steve & barry's once it comes in.

23Umm, but it IS a luxury. And at under $20 per item, you know this stuff involves sweatshops. I love SJP and I will absolutely be out there buying this stuff (if I can find this store...) - but the tag line is a bit much.
