There's been lots of love for macho watches [1] lately. I'll pass, but I love the look on others. DearSugar [2], quite the watch aficionado, pointed this Vintage Rolex® 14k gold "shell" Oyster Perpetual on riveted Oyster bracelet, circa 1960s [3] ($5,200) out to me. It appears J.Crew is exclusively featuring vintage Rolex watches. It compliments J.Crew's cool, yuppy vibe, but I still refuse to spend that much on a timepiece. Thoughts?
