These Delia's Quinn Low-Rise Sailor Flares ($40), are equally crisp and clean. The lightweight fabric is perfect for warm weather and I prefer the navy buttons over the brass anyway.

OMG is that what those are? I tried on a pair from Express and I guess i've never seen anything like it before and I was like, what the heck is up with all the buttons? Lol, I thought was up to date on the trend scene, oops.
