I've said it once and I'll say it again: There's nothing like a red hot dress. Sure to turn heads, the red dress is a purveyor of power, femininity, and sexuality. I tend to stow away my red dresses for the Winter months, but if it's hot outside, make the world swelter by throwing on a red frock. Confident and cool ladies Ali Larter and Mary-Louise Parker opted for red sheaths, while Rachel Weisz was in head-to-toe theatrics for a Vogue shoot. Is it hot in here, or is it me?
