i didn't really get why the judges liked terri's outfit so much. i thought it really wasn't that cute, but that's just my opinion
1This was a better version of Emily's dress, but still had that flamenco feel.
2i think this dress was lucky there were outfits that were poorly constructed and even more ugh-ly this week.
